Have you got an old boot that is just too worn out to use, or maybe one that your kids have outgrown? Well, here’s a new use for it. Nail it, or better yet, screw it, to a tree, fill it part way with some grass or cloth, and see what happens. Spring is when you’re most likely to have some new tenants move in.
